About You

You are an experienced Residential HVAC Installer with the ability to independently install furnaces, condensers, air handlers, mini – splits, and other HVAC systems to a high standard. You enjoy taking ownership of your work and have the ability to work fro m our headquarters in Albuquerque, traveling to various customer locations most of the time. Your excellent communication skills and desire to provide top – notch customer service are what set you apart. While you already possess strong skills, you value training and coaching as essential tools for continuous improvement.

You have the potential to earn over $55,000 annually, depending on your experience and performance. Additional incentives and bonuses are available for those who go above and beyond. If you are new to the industry or seeking to expand your skills, ask us about the Totally Cool Air Training Program

• Install residential HVAC systems, including Split Systems, Furnaces, Condensers, Air Handlers, Package Units, and Mini – Splits, according to Totally Cool Air standards.
• Perform complete installations of copper line sets, gas lines, wiring, venting, and drain lines safely and accurately.
• Build and install duct systems, including return stands and duct plenums, ensuring proper airflow and system efficiency.
• Perform scheduled duct repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain inventory in company vehicles, ensuring all materials are stocked and organized for each job.
• Keep work sites and vehicles clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
• Complete installation checklists, paperwork, and submit job – related photos through our CRM system.
• Collect signatures and payments upon job completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Must be able to pass a background check (no criminal convictions).
• Physical ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds solo.
• Ability to work in various conditions, including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
• Willingness to invest in tools required for HVAC installations.
• Commitment to training and professional growth.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
• Manual dexterity required for operating power and hand tools effectively.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License with a clean MVR
• Working cell phone with internet access for communication and job documentation
